Seeking to find my life purpose and connect to the Higher Power that I have known all my life, I was guided further into the light in 2003 at a time of deep sorrow and thereafter introduced to my first Reiki Master and the healing power of Usui Reiki. This opened my sensory perception and I have followed further guidance leading me to learn about other Reiki techniques, Angels, Crystals and Massage.

Swedish Massage
In March 2012 I qualified as a Swedish Massage Therapist, having trained with the Scottish Massage Schools and am a Member of the Scottish Massage Therapists Organisation. My training involved not only learning massage techniques but gave me a sound foundation in the anatomy, physiology and pathology of the human body. I have also completed a 3 day introductory workshop on massage for people living with cancer, through the Iris Cancer Partnership.
Reiki, Angel Therapy, Crystal Therapy
In May 2011 I received instruction and initiation as a Reiki Master/Teacher and am a Teacher Member of the UK Reiki Federation - see under Reiki Courses for details of Reiki 1 course in May 2012
I have also received instruction and initiation in Karuna Reiki (registered with the International Centre for Reiki Training) and Reiki Drum.
As an Advanced Angel Guidance Practitioner I run my own Angel Workshops and Courses and am also an Intuitive Crystal Healer. I also use sound, visualisation and meditation to relax and realign mind, body and spirit.
I have trained with Sarah Gregg, Usui and Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher, Natural Therapy Practitioner & Sound Healer; Zoe Toussaint, Ascension Therapist, who trained with Doreen Virtue, and have completed Lemurian Planetary Healing and the foundation module of Angel Teacher Training with Elizabeth Harley under the umbrella of the Diana Cooper School. As such I am qualified to lead and teach others.
I have been on my spiritual journey for several years and began my training with the National Federation of Spiritual Healers. I was then guided to my first Reiki Master and introduced to the healing power of Usui Reiki.
In July 2008 I learned Karuna Reiki with Elizabeth Harley, Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher, on the Holy Island off the west coast of Scotland and am now registered with the International Centre for Reiki Training as a Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher.

We live in Ellon, Aberdeenshire with our beautiful dogs, Buffy and Murphy. Sadly (for us) our other dog, Sammy passed back to spirit in May 2010 - see Tribute to Sammy. We continue to enhance our spiritual development by attending workshops and mixing with like-minded souls, sharing knowledge and gaining further insight into natural healing methods and the power within.
