Providing a caring, confidential service, adhering to strict codes of practice. Jan is a UK Reiki Federation Master Teacher Member and member of the Scottish Massage Therapists Organisation.
Jan is also available for corporate work relieving stress in the workplace.
REIKI, ANGEL THERAPY, CRYSTAL THERAPY; SPIRITUAL HEALING - £35.00 per session (approximately 1 hour)
ANGEL READINGS - £15 - £20 depending on length of reading
SWEDISH MASSAGE:-
Leg and foot - £20 (half hour)
Back, hip, neck and shoulder - £20 (half hour)
Arm and hand - £20 (half hour)
Full body incorporating all the above - £30 (approx 1hour)
Face and neck massage - £15 (15 minutes)
MASSAGE FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH CANCER - treatment sessions based on individual requirements
MENTORING - £30 - £50 depending on length of session (not more than two hours)

10% discount given for Health Workers and Emergency Services
Corporate work negotiable
Animals are sensitive to the healing energy and our own animals have benefited from regular healing sessions - animal treatments given free of charge, however, donations gratefully accepted for PDSA, WSPA, WDCS, New Arc Animal Sanctuary or Fluffsfield Donkey Sanctuary, Fyvie.
All therapies offered work on the body’s own energy system, bringing about balance and healing on all levels, Spiritually, Mentally, Emotionally and Physically.
Feel a wave of calm as you sink into the treatment couch or chair and absorb the healing energy.
Come with no expectations, just an open heart and a willingness to release whatever is right for you at that time.
Some people see colours, some do not, some feel a tingling sensation, some feel heat, some feel cold, some people feel nothing at all except peacefulness and deep relaxation. Just know that your mind, body and spirit are being nurtured and brought back into perfect alignment.
Can be relaxing to soothe or invigorating to energise - the aim being to relieve pain, improve or help to restore function and movement, while improving overall well-being of recipient - bringing the body back into balance
